Dr. Lauren Schneider, DNP, MHA, MBA, MS, APRN, EMT, AGACNP-BC

Adult Gerontology-Nurse Practitioner

Lauren is a board-certified Adult-Gerontologic Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Cardiology. She completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care with a Cardiology subspecialty from the University of South Alabama. Lauren received her EMT certification from Valencia College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Remington College of Nursing. In addition, Lauren also completed three graduate degrees, including a Master of Healthcare Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University. Lauren additionally completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University. Lauren completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida in 2022 with a 4.0. Additionally, Lauren completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Family Psychiatry and is preparing to sit for her board certification exam.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Lauren has worked in the inpatient hospital and outpatient office settings. Lauren believes that achieving an optimal level of physical health and wellness will assist individuals in better achieving a superior level of overall health and well-being. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, boating, watching and attending college football games, cooking, and knitting.

Dr. Nathan Schneider, DNP, MHA, MBA, MS, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Nathan is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has extensive experience assisting adults with mental health challenges within telehealth outpatient practice settings. Nathan completed a Master of Science in Nursing in Family Psychiatry from the University of South Alabama, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, and three Master’s Degrees from Bellevue University, including an MHA, MBA, MS. Nathan completed his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Florida in 2022. Nathan utilizes a person-centered, collaborative patient approach. He strives to help all individuals achieve their maximum potential in life.

Scott
Chief Marketing Officer

Scott is a lifelong resident of Central Florida and a graduate of Osceola High School. Scott has over 40 years of experience in the Customer Service and Transportation industries where he was responsible for brand promotion and management as well as strategic business development. Scott’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership abilities. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.

Scott believes that everyone should have access to holistic healthcare services regardless of their physical location. He also believes that each member of the community should be able to receive a superior level of healthcare services that does not interfere with their busy lives and responsibilities. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and family, traveling, hunting and fishing.

Patient Experience Coordinator

Lori, a Florida native, has over 40 years of Customer Service experience. Previously, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company where she brought to life the “Magic” that every guest at the Walt Disney World Resort has come to expect. Lori believes in being courteous and respectful to each and every patient. She also has a reputation for going above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our patients.

Lori believes that every person should be able to receive a superior level of care from a healthcare professional that will treat them as a holistic person rather than a diagnosis. Lori lives out her belief with every patient interaction she has. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughter.
